Refund policy

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the item must be unworn, unused and returned with all original tags and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been registered, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return your item. OFFFHAND covers the direct cost of return shipping.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted under our voluntary 30-day return policy.

This voluntary return policy does not restrict any statutory rights you may have.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

• use our online withdrawal function at www.offfhand.com/pages/withdrawal

When using our online withdrawal function, select “Vertrag widerrufen”, complete the requested information and submit your declaration by selecting “Widerruf bestätigen”.

We will promptly send you confirmation of receipt by email or another durable medium. This confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

It is sufficient to submit your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Once your withdrawal has been registered, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return your item. OFFFHAND covers the direct cost of returning the goods.

You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

 

 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised for the consumer.

This may include individually commissioned, engraved, altered or otherwise personalised pieces. The exception does not automatically apply merely because an item was made after an order was placed.

Sale items remain subject to the statutory right of withdrawal where that right applies. However, sale items and gift cards may be excluded from our voluntary return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Claims concerning defective, damaged or incorrect goods are governed by the applicable statutory warranty rights and are separate from the voluntary return policy and the right of withdrawal.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been registered.

 

 

Refunds Following a Statutory Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal declaration.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge a fee for the refund.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option will not be refunded.

 

 

Refunds Under Our Voluntary Return Policy

Once we have received and inspected a return made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will let you know whether the return has been accepted.

If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please remember that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
